TENNIE LUU: My legal name is Trang Luu, however I go by Tennie. I have been in the real estate industry for over 10 years. My expertise in sales ranges from residential new construction houses to resale homes in the North King County and South Snohomish County region. I now reside in the city of Bothell with my husband and 11-year-old son. My 17-year-old daughter attends the University of Washington. Outside of my career-oriented life, I love hiking and fishing. My favorite local vacation destination is Mount Baker and I travel there with my family each winter. I also enjoy cooking ethnic foods with friends and family. DEAN LUU: My legal name is Dean Luu. I have been in the real estate industry for over 8 years. However, my previous career involved closely with the real estate sales industry. Prior of becoming a real estate sales agent, I was a mortgage broker for 10 years. Thus, I have combined over 18 years of real-estate lending and sales experiences. My expertise in sales ranges from residential new construction to raw lands and finished residential lots in the North King County and South Snohomish County region. My success story rely on creative marketing, hard works, and persistence. With over 18 years in this industry, I have developed a tight net work of builders, land developers and past clients. This notion helps me to become one of the top producer in the real estate sales industry. I was born in Saigon South of Vietnam, raised in Paris, France and immigrated to Seattle, WA in 1986. Although my current career in real-estate is a success. In 2004, I have decided to return to school to complete MBA program as well. Education is crucial because it brings forth endless heritage, as well as wealth to the people. Education is priceless, timeless and never-ending. One can use education to feed themselves forever. Throughout my real estate career, I have seen so many young couples with credit problems, who are unable to fulfill the American Dream, just because of financial mismanagement.
